Alex is originally from Wisconsin and was raised in St. Louis, where he played varsity volleyball at Fort Zumwalt South High School. As an Outside Hitter, he earned First Team All-Conference, Second Team All-State honors, and served as team captain while also being recognized as a Scholar-Athlete throughout high school. He also competed for three seasons with High Performance (HP) Volleyball Club at both regional and national events.

Alex continued his volleyball career at Missouri University of Science and Technology, where he was a four-year varsity starter and developed a strong understanding of high-level competition, discipline, and athlete performance.

Now with several years of coaching and training experience, Alex brings his knowledge and passion for development to The Vault Training, where he works with athletes through personal and small group training sessions. His focus is on improving skill development, confidence, volleyball IQ, and helping athletes compete at their highest level in a positive and challenging environment.
